A 44-year-old man is expected to face court today charged with further offences relating to alleged indecent acts against junior employees while working as a retail manager at stores in Belconnen.
The man has previously been charged with a number of offences including acts of indecency, common assault and reckless threat to kill a person allegedly committed against teenage employees.
Following further investigations by ACT Policing's Operation Foster, the man has now been charged with an additional eight counts of act of indecency with young person under special care.
Police will allege the offending occurred while the man was the manager of junior employees.
The man is due to appear before the ACT Magistrates Court today (Thursday, 1 October 2026).
