Unsolved homicides
There are a number of unsolved homicides in the ACT being investigated by our Criminal Investigations detectives.
ACT Policing's Homicide Team is continuously reviewing the cold cases, applying contemporary investigative methodologies and emerging technologies to help solve the case.
Rewards of $500,000 are in place for information that would lead to the apprehension and subsequent conviction of the person(s) responsible for the murders of Frank Campbell, Kathryn Grosvenor and Susan Winburn.
The murder of Irma Palasics was solved in 2026 with the jailing of two offenders who were arrested in 2024. The reward for that matter was not required to be paid as it was resolved without additional public information.

Kathryn Grosvenor - $500,000 reward
Kathryn was last seen at her Nicholls home on Sunday 3 March 2002 -
Keren Rowland - $500 000 reward
Keren was discovered at the Air Disaster Memorial on 13 May 1971 -
Susan Winburn - $500,000 reward
Susan was found murdered in Gordon on 13 January 2004 -
Troy Forsyth - $500 000 reward
Troy was struck by a panel van on 1 March 1987.
