ACT Policing is seeking witnesses and footage after an 18-year-old man allegedly acted indecently and assaulted several people at Belconnen Mall last night.
About 5:15pm yesterday (16 May 2026), the man allegedly removed his clothing and ran through Belconnen Mall.
He is alleged to have assaulted multiple people and acted indecently in the presence of others, including young children.
A short time later the man was restrained by police, security officers, and a member of the public. Investigations into this incident are ongoing.
