A 68-year-old man has died after his car was involved in single vehicle collision on Tambreet Street, Majura earlier today.
About 11.50am today (Wednesday, 6 May 2026) police and emergency services responded to reports that a vehicle had collided with a wall at the underpass on Tambreet Street, Majura (under the Majura Parkway).
Members of the AFP who came upon the scene commenced first aid until ACT Ambulance Service paramedics arrived.
Despites the efforts of those at the scene, the 68-year-old male driver was pronounced deceased at the scene.
ACT Road Policing’s Major Collision Team is investigating the circumstances surrounding the collision. A report will be prepared for the Coroner.
