A 45-year-old foreign national has been charged with an intimate image abuse offence after reports of a man allegedly filming people using change rooms at a Woden clothing business.
In early June (2026) two women attended Woden Police Station to provide reports of a person allegedly using a mobile phone to record them in changing rooms at a nearby clothing store.
Police enquiries, including speaking to witnesses and reviewing CCTV footage, led officers to secure and execute a search warrant today at a home in Curtin.
There, a 45-year-old man was arrested and charged with one count of intimate observations or capturing visual data. He is expected to appear in the ACT Magistrates Court today (16 June 2026).
