Police seek to identify woman involved in Amaroo supermarket theft

ACT Policing is seeking assistance from the public to identify a woman allegedly involved in a theft at a supermarket in Amaroo late last year.

About 7:15pm on 23 December 2025, the woman entered Coles Amaroo, obtained a trolley, and collected a significant volume of groceries.

A short time later, she exited the store through the entry gates without paying for the items.

Police have obtained CCTV footage and are now seeking the public’s assistance to identify the woman.

The woman is described as having a medium build with dark hair who was wearing white shorts and a long-sleeve blue top at the time of the incident.

Anyone who can identify the woman, or may have witnessed the incident, is urged to please contact Crime Stoppers via the Crime Stoppers ACT website, quoting 8259799. Information can be provided anonymously.
