ACT Policing is seeking witnesses following an alleged act of indecency in Dickson last month.
About 4:15pm on Monday 30 March, a woman was walking near Dickson Woolworths next to a construction site when an unknown male allegedly approached her from behind and pushed her against a construction fence before making inappropriate physical contact. He then left the area on foot.
The man is described as approximately 165 cm (5’5’’) tall, with a tanned complexion, regular build and short dark hair. He was wearing a black hoodie, black tracksuit pants and black sneakers with white soles at the time of the incident.
He was last seen walking in the direction of nearby shops.
Police are investigating the incident and following enquiries are asking anyone who witnessed or has footage of the incident to come forward.
