
ACT Policing is seeking witnesses to an incident in Namadgi National Park overnight.
About 6.30am this morning (Tuesday, 18 March 2025), police and emergency services responded to a report that a woman had been located at the Namadgi National Park visitor centre.
Police are appealing to anyone with information about the incident to come forward.
At this stage, police do not believe there is an ongoing threat to the ACT community.
Anyone in the vicinity of the Namadgi National Park visitor centre between 5.30pm Monday and 6.15am Tuesday, or anyone with dashcam footage or who observed suspicious activity along Naas Road overnight, is urged to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000, or via the Crime Stoppers ACT website.
