Police seeking to identify witnesses to January collision

ACT Policing is seeking to speak to at least two people who witnessed the collision of a police vehicle on Adelaide Avenue early on Sunday, 5 January (2025).

About 1.00am on the Sunday morning, the police vehicle collided with a concrete barrier on a left hand bend heading south on Adelaide Avenue.

Investigators from the Major Collision Team would like to speak to two people who witnessed the collision but at this time have not provided statements to police.

Anyone else who witnessed the collision or who may have dash-cam footage of the incident is also asked to come forward.
