
ACT Policing is seeking public assistance to help identify a man who is believed to have information about an assault in Petrie Plaza in the City last month.
About 11:20pm on Saturday (24 May 2025), police responded to an incident in Petrie Plaza near the merry-go-round where a 44-year-old NSW man was allegedly assaulted by a group of young people.
Police have identified three young people who are believed to have been involved and are looking to identify a fourth man.
Police are today releasing CCTV footage of two men who left the incident with police seeking to identify the man on the left in the footage.
He is described as being of Caucasian appearance, with slim build, short dark hair with closely shaven back and sides wearing a black hoodie, black pants and black shoes.
