A 27-year-old person from Phillip will face the ACT Magistrates Court after allegedly stealing items from a supermarket they were banned from.

Between June and July, police allege the person entered several stores and stole items, contravening a workplace protection order and bail conditions.

Yesterday (28 July 2025), police were conducting patrols in Mawson when a staff member told officers the person had recently left the store.

They were located nearby and arrested. They will face court today, charged with ten counts of theft and nine counts of breaching a workplace protection order.
