A 22-year-old man’s licence has been suspended after he was caught travelling 50km/h over the limit with three passengers in the vehicle.
About 4.40pm yesterday (Friday, 17 January 2025), police observed a black Ford Ranger utility travelling along Horse Park Drive in excess of the posted speed limit.
Police radar captured the vehicle travelling at 130km/h in an 80km/h zone.
The driver was issued with an immediate suspension notice and a $1841 infringement. The vehicle was also issued with a defect notice due to improperly tinted windows and the man received a further $219 infringement.
