
A 23-year-old man is due to face court today charged with sexually assaulting his partner in an incident last year.
In July 2024, police received a report of an alleged sexual assault by the man against his female partner in March 2024.
Following an investigation by the Sexual Assault and Child Abuse Team, the Gordon man was arrested yesterday afternoon (Thursday, 20 February 2025).
He will appear before the ACT Magistrates Court today (Friday, 21 February 2025) charged with sexual intercourse without consent.
