Police seeking dash-cam footage of indecent act in Gungahlin

ACT Policing is seeking witnesses and dash-cam footage following an alleged indecent act in Gungahlin earlier this month.

Between 11pm on Thursday 11 December, to 1am Friday 12 December (2025), a man riding an e-scooter, with multi-coloured LED lights, allegedly committed an indecent act on a woman near the Gungahlin Drive overpass near the golf club.

The man police are seeking to identify is described as in his 30s and having a slight middle eastern accent. At the time of the incident, he was wearing black sandshoes, long black pants, a black hooded jumper with the hood pulled over his head and a black backpack.

Following enquiries, police are urging anyone who witnessed or has dash-cam footage of the incident or scooter to come forward.
