UPDATE: ACT Policing is renewing its appeal for witnesses and dash-cam footage of a two-vehicle collision on Parkes Way on Saturday afternoon.
About 1pm (Saturday, 16 November 2024), a grey Mazda 3 was travelling along the Glenloch Interchange slip road from Caswell Drive towards Parkes Way. A short time later the grey Mazda 3 collided head on with a maroon Haval station wagon.
The driver of the Haval, who was 32 weeks pregnant at the time of the collision, was transported to hospital.
Tragically, the collision resulted in the loss of the driver’s unborn baby.
ACT Policing’s Major Collision Team is investigating the circumstances of the collision, and would ask anyone that can assist to contact Crime Stoppers. Please quote reference 7902113.

ACT Policing is seeking witnesses and dash-cam footage of a two-vehicle collision on Parkes Way yesterday afternoon.
About 1pm (Saturday, 16 November 2024), a grey Mazda 3 was travelling along the Glenloch Interchange slip road from Caswell Drive towards Parkes Way before it collided with a maroon Haval.
Police would like to speak with anyone who witnessed the collision, or who has dash-cam footage of the two vehicles prior to the collision.
