A 34-year-old man has been extradited from Coffs Harbour to face several incest and child sex offence charges.
On 5 December (2024), police received a report of sexual assaults allegedly committed by the man against a child in his care between 2018 and 2020.

Police allege the man sexually assaulted the second child on several occasions between September and November 2024.
The man was arrested in Coffs Harbour on 19 December and extradited to the ACT yesterday (Friday, 20 December 2024).
He will appear before the ACT Magistrates Court today (Saturday, 21 December 2024) charged with two counts of incest, six counts of sexual intercourse with a child under 16 years, and committing an act of indecency on a person under 16 years.
