ACT Policing Wants to Hear from You!
ACT Policing is conducting research to understand how safe you feel and your thoughts on police presence in the CBD on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights. If you're 18 or older and enjoy the nightlife, we want your input!
Take a quick survey and share your thoughts on:
- General feelings of safety
- Perceptions of police presence
- Expectations of police
- Experiences with police interactions
- Views on community offending
- Attitudes towards intoxication and drug use
- Reasons for visiting CBD licensed venues

Anyone 18+ who spends time in the CBD on Thursday, Friday, and/or Saturday nights.
About the Research
This project, titled "ACT Community Views on Canberra CBD Safety and ACT Policing," is a collaborative effort by ACT Policing’s Futures Research & Evaluation Team and Territory Targeting Team. We aim to explore the community's feelings of safety and perceptions of police presence in the CBD during these nights.
